Manual Handling is about more than just lifting something heavy as lifting affects more than just your back. The course is designed to provide participants with the theoretical knowledge to conduct all manual handling activities in a manner that will prevent injury.
The workers will be trained by QQI (formerly FETAC) accredited experienced Level 6 instructor. After successful completion, certificates will be provided by Optimum Results safety with 3 years of validation.
The course is mainly designed for the experienced operators who performs heavy lifting in a workplace. ( Anyone who regularly performs tasks that involve pushing, pulling or lifting objects such as: barrels, kegs, sacks, creates, racks, boxes.)
This course is meant for organisations who wants to train their staff and not for individuals.

For large numbers we can enroll all learners on the Online Manual Handling course and then arrange for a Manual Handling Instructor to be send to your premises and complete the practical lifts, saving you time and money.
